Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Data Review and Evaluation Options Study
The Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Programme is a £9 million a year Scotland-wide programme designed to increase choice and control in health, well-being and care services. Just Economics was commissioned by the Scottish Government to synthesise and review existing TEC evaluation evidence and provide recommendations for future evaluation activity.

The study is based on a data synthesis of existing TEC evaluations and comparison of evidence against programme and workstream logic models, a review of economic evaluations and a literature review and workshops on barriers and enablers to implementation. It recommends the adoption of principles for future evaluations and the use of the Rapid Relevant Research Process.
