Strategy development, implementation and training

Strategy development and programme implementation

We support clients to identify barriers and enablers to successful programme implementation to support continuous improvement, including the development of measurement tools, and training in their use. We use approaches such as developmental evaluation, theory of change and process evaluation. We have a good understanding of the findings from Implementation Science and use these to support clients to build implementation capacity.

Training

Our staff are highly experienced in providing training, public speaking and facilitation services. These can range from one-off introductions to a topic such as SROI to more intensive training in a specific methodology or framework. We have provided training to whole organisations, key project staff, frontline staff, and service users.

“Just Economics helped us to really understand what changes we wanted to see as a result of our work and how to prove that those changes had actually taken place. For us this wasn’t about proving our worth to funders – though that helps – but about every staff member in the organisation working towards a shared vision and being able to prove that this can change our customers lives.”
