Training and implementation

Just Economics supports clients to identify barriers and enablers to successful programme or policy implementation. Implementation support has included the development of measurement and social impact tools, and training in their use.

Through our implementation workstream we support clients to gather data to support continuous improvement. Our work with clients may include the development of measurement and social impact tools, and training in their use.

Our staff are highly experienced in providing training, speaking and facilitation services. These can range from one-off introductions to a topic such as SROI to more intensive training in a specific methodology or framework. We have provided training to whole organisations, key project staff, frontline staff, and service users. Previous clients that have benefited from training or consultancy support include FEANTSA, Focus Ireland and AONTAS and the Child Development Initiative.

Evaluability Assessment of the Recovery Approach in Mental Health

The concept of recovery has come to underpin mental health policy in many Anglophone countries. It represents a shift from services based on clinical recovery defined by symptom reduction to recovery as defined by the service user’s view of what is needed to lead a meaningful life. Just Economics was commissioned by HSE to carry out an Evaluability Assessment of the National Framework for Recovery in Mental Health in Ireland.

Focus areas

Our client base ranges from local charities to public sector bodies and global corporates. We apply our expertise to key focus areas that our team are passionate about.
