We have worked with BT on measuring the impact of their social programmes since 2013. In that time, we have produced four reports. These have included an analysis of the the value to new users of going online and a study of the impact of a programme to reduce digital exclusion in the UK. In addition, we have supported them to understand the impact of their investments in Africa. This has included a report on the value of providing broadband to villages in Africa and a report that is forthcoming in 2017 on an investment in healthcare management system.
